1.) How to use the EsoGuru.com website?
To watch webcasts and videos on EsoGuru.com, you need a computer with broadband internet connection. After registering you can choose among dozens of videos, available in many languages. At live events you can follow a video broadcast and you can also chat with fellow viewers and in most cases you can ask the guru as well!
The recordings of past events are also available, but in this case you cannot chat. Some of the recordings are free, some of them require a ticket. The recordings are not scheduled, so you can watch them whenever it is convenient for you. Once you started watching, your ticket will be valid for 24 hours, so you can take a break if necessary.
2.) What is EsoGuru.com?
EsoGuru.com collects the most important lectures of the greatest experts – gurus – in spirituality from around the world, and brings it LIVE to your computer screen. And that is not all! You can be part of the event, ask questions to the presenter or share your thoughts with the other viewers worldwide. On each live broadcast you can meet thousands of people with the same interest - this is a second to none community experience.
3.) Is it free?
Registration and some of the events are free. Some events require buying a ticket. We try to keep our prices as low as possible.
4.) Is there a monthly fee?
No. You only pay for specific events you decide to watch.
5.) How can I pay?
You can choose all of the popular payment methods. Credit card payments, PayPal, Text message, phone call and bank transfer are all available.
6.) What does pending ticket mean?
In case of some payment methods (bank transfer) the transaction goes through rather slowly and can take a few days. Until the transaction is completed you will see a pending ticket. If your ticket is still pending after 2-3 days please contact our Customer Care Team
7.) What is EsoGuru coupon?
You can receive coupon codes in several ways. These codes give you a discount when buying a ticket. It is important to know, that coupon codes cannot be used when purchasing via text message or phone call!
8.) I don’t have a coupon code. What to do?
Nothing, just leave the field blank and go on with the payment.
9.) Why do I have to register?
Registration is simple and it takes only a few minutes to complete. As a registered member you will receive important notifications about our events so you will not miss a thing!
10.) I have already registered, but I cannot log in. Why?
You have probably not confirmed your e-mail address yet. You should have received an e-mail with the instructions. Please check your mailbox! If you received our mail, please click the link in the message. If the confirmation is not working please contact our Customer Care Team
11.) I have not received the confirmation e-mail yet. Why?
Please be patient. There must be some delays at your e-mail provider. Please check your mail again later. In rare cases it may take a 1-2 hours for the mail to arrive. If the mail still hasn’t arrived contact our Customer Care Team
12.) I have not received the confirmation e-mail yet. Is my registration valid?
No. The registration is not complete until your e-mail address is confirmed. If this is your first purchase you can log in, but after that you need to confirm your e-mail address.
13.) What does a „live event” mean?
A live event is a webcast, which can be watched at a predefined time. This is the first broadcast, a premiere, of an event. During live events you can chat with others and in most cases you can ask questions from the guru as well.
14.) What does „replay” mean?
After a live event it is usually rebroadcasted for a few times. These replays are scheduled as well! You can chat with fellow viewers but you cannot ask the guru, naturally, since it is not a live event.
15.) What does „recorded video” mean?
Earlier events are recorded and can be watched. In these cases you cannot chat. Recorded videos, or „video on demand”, can be watched whenever it is convenient for you. Once you started watching, your ticket will be valid for 24 hours, so you can take a break if necessary. You can pause, stop, rewind and go forward in a video.
16.) What are the minimum technical requirements to watch videos?
The following minimum technical requirements are necessary to watch the video content on EsoGuru.com:
- internet connection with minimum 1 Mbit / sec bandwidth
- 2 GB RAM
- Intel Pentium 4 or similar processor
- Flash player version 10 or newer
Please also check the test video. You will see the test video when you are booking a ticket. If it works fine, the lecture will also work fine.
17.) What can I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
Click here to have your login data resent to your e-mail address.
18.) How can I pay with a text message?
Choose an event you would like to watch click on the event, then on the Buy ticket button.
If it is a live webcast, you have to choose your favoured starting time from the schedule. Click Next to go forward.
If you are not yet registered, fill out the form then click Next.
Choose Text message on the next screen then click Next.
Follow the instructions and send the text message. Click Next to finish the process.
We will send you a text back to your phone number confirming the successful purchase. The website will refresh automatically in 10 seconds.
If you cannot see your ticket on the „My ticket” page or if you receive a message containing an error code, something went wrong. Please contact our Customer Care Team
to solve the problem.
With a valid ticket log in to our website when the event is scheduled to start, then click on Watch now and enjoy.
If you have a ticket for a recorded video, you can start watching whenever it is convenient for you. Please note that once you start watching, your ticket expires within 24 hours. You can stop, pause, restart the event within the 24-hour time limit.
